Featuring coffees from Darinel and Rodolfo, two growers who are part of the Coffee Association of San Miguel Ixtahuacán (ACMI), led by Rigoberto Dominguez, this blend brings together two distinct processing methods. Darinel's honey-processed coffee adds one side of the blend, while Rodolfo's washed coffee brings another, creating a blend that celebrates the unique contributions of both farmers.

Through ACMI, nearly 500 local growers are working together to build a stronger future for their families and community. Our Birthday Blend honors those relationships, the work behind every harvest, and 20 years of connecting good people with good coffee.
