Room Rentals at SoZo Coffee Roasting

Looking for a warm, welcoming place for your next meeting, class, or gathering? SoZo Coffee offers two unique rental spaces:

  • The Kincaid Room (up to 25 guests) – perfect for showers, meetings, book clubs, and community events.

  • The Small Room (up to 10 guests) – ideal for tutoring, study groups, or smaller gatherings.

Rental Policies

Booking Notice
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Minimum Rental Duration
1-hour minimum. Rental time must include setup and cleanup.

Food & Drink Policy
To support our café and bakery team, outside items similar to what we sell (coffee, bagels, cupcakes, etc.) may not be brought in. Pre-approved exceptions may be granted. Custom coffee and bakery packages are available.

Cleanup
The space must be left clean and orderly. Trash should be disposed of properly. Any damages, excessive mess, or repair needs will result in additional charges.

Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times. Renters are responsible for guest behavior.

Cancellations

-Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance:  No penalty, deposit refunded if taken.

-Cancellations within 48 hours:  Deposit forfeited.

-No-call/no-show:  Full rental amount charged.

Liability Agreement
All renters must sign a waiver acknowledging responsibility for guest behavior, property care, and compliance with SoZo Coffee policies. This will be emailed to you once your booking is approved. 

Rental Rates

Kincaid Room (up to 25 guests)

-$10/hour during business hours

-After-hours: +$60/hr (room only), +$80/hr (room + café), +$100/hr (room + café with open bar)

-Non-profits: Free up to 4 hours (during business hours, subject to approval)

Small Room (up to 10 guests)

-$5/hour during business hours

-After-hours: +$40/hr (room only)

-Non-profits: Free up to 2 hours (during business hours, subject to approval)

-Fill out our online booking request form HERE.

-Book at least 48 hours in advance.

-We’ll confirm your reservation and provide the rental agreement to sign.
