What is SoZo Coffee Roasting?
We're your local haven for specialty coffee, dedicated to saving good people from bad coffee and bad ingredients. We source our beans directly from farmers, ensuring the freshest, highest quality beans make it into your cup.

Where are you located?
We’re nestled in lovely Ionia, MI with 2 parking lot entrances and a Drive-Thru for your convenience.
The shop is easily visible from M66 in both directions. We're on the east side of M66 just north of M21 intersection.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday:   6am - 6pm
Saturday:   8am - 1pm
Sunday:   Closed

Coffee and Products

Where do you source your coffee beans?
We source our beans directly from farmers around the globe, including Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. This direct trade ensures fair practices and top-notch quality beans.

How fresh is your coffee?
Our coffee is roasted in small batches for peak freshness. We roast our beans weekly to make sure you get the freshest brew possible.

What types of coffee do you offer?
Single-origin beans to blends, espresso, and cold brew. Each coffee is crafted to highlight the unique flavors of the beans.

Do you offer any flavored coffee?
While we focus on the natural flavors of our high-quality beans, we do have seasonal flavored coffees and specialty drinks. Check our menu or ask our baristas about our current offerings.

Ordering and Shipping

Can I order coffee online?
Absolutely! You can order our freshly roasted coffee beans whole and ground, as well as merch and accessories directly from us HERE! We offer various shipping options to keep your coffee fresh.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship all across the world. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. For more details, check out our SHIPPING POLICY page.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Definitely! Our coffee subscriptions bring your favorite beans straight to your door on a regular schedule. 

When choosing the 12oz option for any coffee, you'll see the Subsription option right below it.

In-Store Experience

Do you offer any food items?
Yes, we do! Enjoy a selection of bagels, pastries, and snacks made with the finest ingredients. We have options for various dietary preferences, including vegan and gluten-free. You can learn more about our Menu HERE.

Can I host an event at SoZo Coffee Roasting?

Do you offer any classes or workshops?
