Coffee Beans and Ground Coffee Due to the perishable nature of coffee, All Sales Are Final, and we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Shirts and Apparel Returns accepted only for defective apparel, and within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, and in original condition.

Mugs and Tumblers Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Coffee Makers Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For defective products, please contact us for further assistance.
Return Process

Receive Authorization We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Item Return the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Drinks and Food Items We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detial, but mistakes happen. If there’s an issue with your purchase, please speak to a manager on duty, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
