Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We ship both USPS and UPS to ensure your orders arrive safely.
Economy Shipping (5-8 Days)
Orders under one pound (1lb) - USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground
Orders above one pound (1lb) - UPS Ground Shipping
Standard Shipping (3-4 Days)
Orders under one pound (16 oz) - USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select
Orders above one pound (17+ oz) - Most likely UPS 3-Day Select
Express Shipping (1-2 Days)
Orders under one pound (16 oz) - USPS Priority Express Mail or UPS One-Day Air Saver

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are pre-determined flat rate costs based on the order weight ranging from 1lb to 99lbs. Orders beyond this weight require additional freight options and capabilities.

Coffee Beans and Ground Coffee Shipped in airtight, eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness.
Shirts and Apparel Shipped in protective packaging to avoid damage.
Mugs and Tumblers Carefully packaged with padding to prevent breakage.
Coffee Makers Shipped in original manufacturer packaging, with additional protective materials if needed.

Return Eligibility
Coffee Beans and Ground Coffee Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
Shirts and Apparel Returns accepted only for defective apparel, and within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unwashed, and in original condition.
Mugs and Tumblers Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Process
Contact Us Email us at orders.sozocoffee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Ship the Item Return the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In-Store Purchases
Drinks and Food Items We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detial, but mistakes happen. If there’s an issue with your purchase, please speak to a manager on duty, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Merchandise For shirts, apparel, mugs, and tumblers purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Order Online Deliveries
For local deliveries made through our ORDER ONLINE feature, we use a third-party app. Here’s what you need to know:
Delivery Service Local deliveries are handled by a third-party delivery service and not by SoZo Coffee Roasting.
Issues with Delivery If you encounter any issues with your local delivery, please contact the third-party delivery service directly for assistance.
Third-Party Policies Please be aware that the third-party service may have different policies regarding delivery times, fees, and returns.
