If you come by our shop we don’t serve you anything that has been sitting around. We roast many times during the week so you are able to have the best and freshest cup of coffee. No more “bitter” coffee. Coffee becomes bitter when it has begun the “staling” process. We have seen many “Best if used by” dates on name brand coffee that give you at least 6 months to drink it.  Here at Sozo we know that coffee that is that old will be bitter with less taste. We want you to have the best coffee experience possible with a fresh start! We have Dark Roasts that are very intense yet smooth as well as Medium Roasts that leave you with wanting more Sozo and ready to throw out your other brands. Sozo can ship coffee all over the United States or you can visit our “tasting room” where all coffee beans are roasted. You will know when you get a taste of Sozo what “Demand Fresh” is all about.
